Japanese Tour Company Serves Stuffed Animals
A new travel agency has opened in Japan. Founded by Sonoe Azuma, Unagi Travel caters to the adventurous, offering them an opportunity to see the world, provided the traveler is a stuffed animal. For a fee, Unagi Travel takes clients' stuffed animals to tourist destinations, photographs them at each locale, and posts the pictures on the web. Azuma began her travel agency to offer disabled or time-starved people a unique experience of culture by proxy.
